ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

💁 LEADER  -> Serena

- Sets the correct attitude and area of focus for the team 

- Provides the team with overall support 

- Coordinates and guides the team to complete tasks at a high standard.

- Encourages cohesiveness in the team while pushing the team forward

- Constantly monitors the team's progress 

- Constantly communicates with the team to clarify goals and tasks weekly

📃 SCRIBE -> Kai rong

- Constantly takes initiative to update the blog 

- Records and Documents ideas, procedures, discussions, results, revised versions of the initial ideas and more in the blog clearly and concisely.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHER -> Jerome

- Captures media such as photographs and videos which are important/useful in:

•  documenting procedures, results, process of experiments for the team to recall and re-live the practicals done before 
• conveying reflections/lessons learnt by the group from practicals , discussions and more

- Constantly uploads the media content onto the blog and aids Scriber in documenting the pictures in words. 

- Helps maintain the aesthetic/ visual appeal of the blog to captivate readers. 

⏳ TIMEKEEPER -> Kenny

- Monitors the time taken by the group to carry out activities e.g in practicals, discussions etc

- Alerts the group of the amount of time left from the set amount of time in order to keep the group efficient and on their toes.

- Sets target amount of time for completion of tasks to maintain efficiency of the group

- Aids Scriber in documenting the time taken by the group for completion of activities 

- Feedback to the group on how can the group stay focused/improve based on the group's time management.
